The EFES-2026 Defense Science and Technologies Project Competition will be organized through the cooperation of the Ministry of National Defense, Dokuz Eylül University, and the Aegean Army Command for university students.

The competition aims to support innovative ideas and projects in the field of defense technologies. Within this scope, projects developed by university students in defense science and technology will be evaluated.

Projects that are selected as successful are planned to be exhibited during the Distinguished Observer Day of the EFES-2026 Exercise, which will take place between 16–21 May 2026. In addition, an award ceremony is planned for successful projects with the participation of state officials as well as national and international guests.
