This seminar will address the transition from classical physical modeling approaches to AI-powered intelligent systems. The use of machine learning and deep learning methods to analyze biological systems in a more accurate and scalable manner will be discussed through examples such as imaging data analysis, biophysical modeling, and AI-based decision-making mechanisms.
