Established in 2024 within the Faculty of Management at Istanbul Technical University (ITU), the Department of Data Science and Analytics welcomed its first students in the same year. The department aims to train qualified professionals in the field of data science, one of today's most strategic disciplines.
Our program offers students a comprehensive education by combining theoretical and practical knowledge in areas such as data analytics, big data, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. As the Department of Data Science and Analytics, our mission is to cultivate innovative, analytically minded individuals equipped with data-driven decision-making skills and to contribute to the development of Turkey’s data ecosystem.
